Year Round Offerings:
Naked Pale Ale - 5.6% ABV
This generously hopped American Pale Ale is all about balance. It sports a nice malty backbone to support a clean, hop-forward, earthy finish.
Wheat - 4.6% ABV
A sweet, golden hued American Wheat beer
brewed with caramel malts and honey. Infused with pomegranate, providing a bold
fruit aroma and crisp finish.
Carpe Noctem - 3.9% ABV
This black IPA gets its color from the rich roasted malts, which provide the roasty background for a burst of Columbus hops. True to its name, this beer encourages you to "Seize the Night" with its low alcohol content and bold flavor profile.
Le Petomane - 6.3% ABV
A traditional farmhouse style saison, this beer sports fruity esters, along with notes of coriander and black pepper. Not to mention the name of a badass turn-of-the-century French flatulist.
Hop Spyder - 6.2% ABV
Our newest year-round offering, this big IPA lures you into his web with a resinous, earthy hop profile and a grassy citrus nose.
The Gentleman - 10% ABV
This big imperial stout greets you with a tip of his hat, and some big flavors. It ages on apple brandy infused oak to add layers of caramel, crisp stone fruit and vanilla. Curl up with The Gentleman in front of a roaring fire, and sip your night away.
Black Currant Rising - 4.6% ABV (Summer)
Our wheat base beer gets a little crazy when the weather warms up, and starts hanging out with fruit badboy, black currant (which was banned in the USA until recently). This crisp refreshing wheat beer is their summer love child.
Ginger's Pumpkin Spice Wheat - 4.6% ABV (Fall)
Don't let the name fool you, there's no pumpkin in our fall wheat beer. Instead, flavors come from cinnamon, nutmeg, clove, allspice and freshly grated ginger. It's like drinking a crisp, sunny, fall day.
Freckles Angry Brown Ale - 6% ABV (Winter)
An all-American take on an English brown ale, this is a dark, rich, malt-forward beer with caramel and toffee notes, balanced by a mild hop background. Freckles is slightly less angry if you bring him to your holiday meals.
‘Aloha’ (The Gentleman Gone Wild Series) - 11.5% ABV
The first in our series of sours, Aloha starts as our Gentleman Stout, but takes a distinct turn to
the wild side as it is aged on fresh pineapple and fed generous doses of sour
inducing bacteria. The result is an 11.5% puckering sour beer with no fusel
alcohol bite that one might expect from the higher ABV.
Sour Pomegranate Wheat - 6.2% ABV
What happens when our brewers are tired and overworked? This. We accidentally made a high-octane batch of pomegranate wheat, so rather than tossing it down the drain, we tossed it in our sour barrels and added some raspberry. The results are surprising - the beer certainly stands apart from her younger sibling.
Aigre Canon - 6.3% ABV
The name, which translates to sour barrel, says it all. We take Le Petomane and introduce him to our sour barrels. The result is one of our favorite beers - a sour saison with complex tartness and wood notes.
